Axis Ranch Productions LLC d/b/a HRD // KLL (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) describes how we collect, use, share, and protect your Personal Information. This Policy applies to Personal Information you provide when you visit our website www.hrd2kll.com (the “Site”) or otherwise interact with us over phone or email.

We may update this Policy from time to time. All changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Material changes will be conspicuously posted on the Site or otherwise communicated to you.

Personal Information does not include information that relates to your employment status, or information publicly available through government records, or information that has been deidentified or aggregated in a way that it cannot be used to identify a specific individual.

We may receive data from third party sources. For example, we use Shopify to power our online store, and Shopify may provide us with statistical analysis of your use of our Site, which may include Personal Information. We and our service providers acting on our behalf may collect Personal Information about you for the following purposes (without limitation):

We require these Service Providers to exercise reasonable care to protect your Personal Information and restrict their use of your Personal Information to the purposes for which we provided it to them.

- Parties to Business Transactions. In the event of an anticipated or actual merger or acquisition, bankruptcy or other sale of all or a portion of our assets, we may transfer or allow third parties to use information owned or controlled by us, including Personal Information. We reserve the right, in connection with these types of transactions, to transfer, share, assign, or sell your Personal Information and other information we have collected to third parties or to authorize such third parties to use any such information including for due diligence as part of any of the transactions described in this paragraph. Any Personal Information you submit or that is collected after this type of transfer may be subject to a new privacy policy adopted by the successor entity.

Update Your Contact Information: You may update your contact information and communication preferences by contacting us as described below.
Delete Cookies on Your Browser: Most browsers automatically accept cookies. You can disable this function by changing your browser settings but please keep in mind that disabling, removing, or blocking cookies can negatively impact your user experience and parts of the Site may no longer be fully accessible. You cannot disable all cookies, such as cookies that are essential to the functioning of the Site. You can manually delete persistent cookies, or cookies that track your activity across websites, through your browser settings.
Configure Your Device: The electronic device you use to access the Site may offer additional privacy settings; please see the device settings for details. Please note that even if you opt-out of receiving interest-based advertising, you will still receive advertisements, but they will be more general in nature.
Consumer Resources: To change your preferences with respect to certain online ads and to obtain more information about third-party ad networks and online behavioral advertising, visit National Advertising Initiative Consumer opt-out page or the Digital Advertising Alliance Self-Regulatory Program. Changing your settings with individual browsers or ad networks will not necessarily carry over to other browsers or ad networks. As a result, depending on the opt-outs you request, you may still see our ads.
Opt Out of Marketing Emails. If you sign up to receive electronic communications, you consent to our sending such electronic communications to you using the email address you provide. If you no longer want to receive electronic marketing communications from us, you should use the “unsubscribe” button found on the emails you received or contact us using the contact information found at the bottom of this Policy and request to be unsubscribed. We will promptly remove you from our distribution list until you request to be added again in the future.
- Additional Information About Our Privacy Practices
Access by Children
The Site is not directed to anyone under the age of 13. The Site does not knowingly collect or solicit information from anyone under the age of 13. If a parent or guardian learns that their child provided us with Personal Information without his or her consent, please contact us at csaf@hrd2kll.com and we will make commercially reasonable attempts to delete such Personal Information.
Notices for Individuals Located Outside the United States
We do not market to customers outside the United States and the Site is not directed to persons outside the United States. Any information collected through the Site as described in this Policy will be stored in the United States or any other country in which the Company or its service providers maintain facilities. If you are located outside of the United States, please note that we may transfer information, including Personal Information, to a country and jurisdiction that does not have the same data protection laws as your jurisdiction.
Privacy Notice for California Residents
California's “Shine the Light” law (Cal. Civil Code § 1798.83) permits customers who are California residents to request information regarding our disclosure of Personal Information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. We do not currently disclose Personal Information of California residents to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes. For questions, please contact us as described below.
Anonymized and De-Identified Data
We may use and disclose aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified information that does not identify any individual (“Anonymized Data”) for any lawful purposes, which may include purposes not described in this Policy.
Data Security
We have implemented reasonable technical, physical, and administrative safeguards designed to secure your Personal Information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access or acquisition. However, there is an inherent risk in the transmission of information via the internet, and we cannot and do not guarantee that these measures will prevent every unauthorized attempt to access, use, or disclose your information because despite our efforts. If a breach of your Personal Information occurs, we will notify you as required under applicable law.

For your convenience, the Site may link to, or be linked to, websites not maintained or controlled by us. This does not imply any affiliation with, or an endorsement, authorization, sponsorship or promotion of a non-Company website or its owner. We are not responsible for the privacy policies or practices of any third-parties or any third-party websites. If you choose to access third-party websites, you do so at your own risk, and you should read the terms and conditions and privacy policies for each website that you visit.
Social Media Websites
We participate in social media platforms such as Instagram and YouTube (“Social Media”). By choosing to use any Social Media platform or choosing to share content or communications with any Social Media platform, you share information with the designated Social Media platform. We cannot control any policies or terms of any third-party platforms. Your use of Social Media is governed by the privacy policies and terms of the third parties that own and operate those websites and not by this Policy. We encourage you to review those policies and terms. As a result, we cannot be responsible for any use of your Personal Information or content by a third-party platform, which you use at your own risk.
