Refund policy
Returns
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at csaf@hrd2kll.com. We stand by our 14-day money-back guarantee and will gladly issue a refund or exchange if you're unhappy with your order. To initiate a return or exchange, simply email us your order number and details of the items you'd like to return or exchange. Please note that our policy lasts 14 days from the date of delivery, and we are unable to process refunds or exchanges after this period.
Non-returnable items:
Underwear such as boxers, briefs, and thongs. All food grade products.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and the refund is being processed.
Once the refund is fully processed, credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within the certain time frame the bank requires. If the refund is rejected, we will send the item(s) back, not refunded, on your dime.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at csaf@hrd2kll.com and we will send you a return label to ship the items you need exchanged back to us.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to H R D // K L L 10810 N. Tatum Blvd. Suite 102-304 Phoenix, AZ 85028. We are happy to provide you a prepaid label to do so.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
